Young people are an important part of the Church today as well as the next generation. Our aim at King's Church is to empower and equip young people to recognise that God wants them to take hold of his vision to continue making disciples, planting churches and reaching the nations. Our two main activities for young people are:

Mobilise (Years 7&8)
Meets every week on Mondays at the Reef Youth Café 7pm - 8.30pm and Sunday mornings at Cockermouth School.

Move (Years 9+)
Meets once a fortnight on Tuesdays at The Reef Youth Cafe, 7pm - 9pm.

In addition we are involved in numerous Christian camps and conferences, especially NewDay which is run by Newfrontiers Churches in the summer and Ignition at Blaithwaite for Newfrontiers Cumbria churches.

The Reef Cafe runs most Friday evenings in term time - from 6pm - 8pm for Years 7 & 8 and till 9.30pm for Years 9+
